These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of sku.ad, including the public website and authenticated product workspace.
1. Agreement and authority
By accessing or using sku.ad, you agree to these Terms. If you use sku.ad for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization and “you” includes that organization.
If a separate written agreement applies to your use of sku.ad, that agreement controls to the extent of a conflict.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for assigning organization access only to authorized people.
sku.ad supports agency and brand workspaces. Access to brand data depends on active organization membership, permissions, and agency–brand relationships. You may not attempt to bypass these boundaries.
3. Acceptable use
You may use sku.ad only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Access data, accounts, organizations, or systems without authorization.
- Upload malicious code, disrupt the service, or evade security controls.
- Reverse engineer or probe the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Use sku.ad to violate advertising, consumer protection, privacy, intellectual-property, or other laws.
- Misrepresent your authority over a connected platform, catalog, brand, account, creative, or campaign.
- Use automated access outside documented or expressly approved interfaces.
4. Connected platforms
sku.ad may connect to third-party platforms, including Meta, at your direction. You are responsible for maintaining the rights, permissions, approvals, and accounts required by each connected platform.
Third-party platforms control their own availability, APIs, policies, review processes, and enforcement. sku.ad is not responsible for a platform's decision to reject, limit, suspend, or change an account, advertisement, catalog, integration, or API.
Actions created through sku.ad remain subject to your review and the connected platform's controls. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, sku.ad does not guarantee advertising approval, delivery, revenue, return on investment, or any commercial outcome.
5. Customer data and instructions
You retain your rights in product, organization, advertising, creative, performance, and other data you submit or authorize sku.ad to access (“Customer Data”). You grant sku.ad the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data to provide and secure the service.
You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed for sku.ad to process Customer Data and act on your authorized instructions. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Service changes and availability
We may update, add, remove, or limit features to improve security, comply with law or platform requirements, or develop the service. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to prevent harm, address security risk, or respond to a legal or platform requirement.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that third-party data will always be accurate, complete, or available.
7. Responsibility and liability
You are responsible for reviewing decisions, budgets, campaigns, audiences, creatives, and other actions before and after they are sent to a connected platform. Product analytics and recommendations are decision support, not financial, legal, tax, or advertising advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, sku.ad will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service or a connected platform. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using sku.ad and request account or data deletion as described on the Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, non-payment under an applicable commercial agreement, legal requirement, or conduct that could harm the service or others.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, responsibility, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related provisions—will survive.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The updated effective date will appear on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to aliberkcanc@gmail.com.
